Digital Products

All digital products, including ready-made files and customized designs, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Due to the nature of digital items, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds once an order has been placed and the file has been delivered.

By purchasing, you acknowledge that this is a digital product and no physical item will be shipped.

Customization

We offer both ready-made designs and optional customization.

If you request edits, please ensure all details are correct when placing your order. Customized files will be delivered within 24 hours after receiving complete information.

After delivery, up to 3 rounds of revisions are included. Additional revisions may require an extra fee.

Once the final file has been approved or all revision rounds have been used, the order is considered final sale.
