2. Digital Products
All products sold are digital products. No physical items will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.
3. Custom Orders
We offer both ready-made designs and optional customization.
- Customized orders are delivered within 24 hours after receiving complete details
- Each order includes up to 3 revision rounds
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges
Once the final file has been delivered or revision rounds have been used, the order is considered final sale
4. Order Accuracy
You are responsible for providing accurate information when placing your order.
We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.
5. Intellectual Property
All designs, templates, and content are the property of Herlia Paper.
You may use purchased designs for personal use only.
Reselling, sharing, or redistributing files is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Third-Party Services
Our store is powered by Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party services used in connection with your purchase.
